Who We Are
Our Purpose
Our city and local community lack the resources for women in need of shelter due to abuse, brokenness, homelessness, or hopelessness. The need to provide such a resource or facility of this type is in high demand presently and in the future.
Women who are dealing with domestic violence, homelessness upon release from prison or the military, and an increased number of sex trafficking victims require assistance. In researching, we found very few local resources to benefit women facing these situations.
The Bishop Obadiah Colander Dream Outreach-Nissi House initiative' approach will stand out because it will provide shelter and offer redevelopment components for the Mind, Body, and Soul that will prepare the individuals back into society.
